We started out as investors before we became brokers. We did some fast flips, bought mixed parcels and split them, restored boarded-up properties to low-income rentals. We have purchased houses on the brink of demolition and remodeled them to their former glory.
We evaluated the declining real estate market and sold all our rentals before the market slowed completely. How did we know it was going to happen? Experience? Gut feeling? We really can’t explain it, but our customers certainly appreciate it.
