Our 4 point inspection, (typical for insurance companies), visually inspects electrical, plumbing, mechanical and structural areas of the property. Basic inspection typically includes all the above as well as more thorough inspection of the sub-elements of each of those 4 points and the serviceability of all appliances. We also do a thorough inspection of government records to see if improvements have been inspected by the local building authorities.

The exclusive MartinBack Home Certification will come only after the basic inspection has been completed, a work order issued and completed by either the homeowner, contractor or our crews and then re-inspected for quality control and current building standards. We will certify the home and guarantee that if an outside inspector finds a blatant defect we will cure at our cost.
